The Best Fluffy Egg Free Pancakes
My dear friend Candace gave me this recipe many years ago and I”ve used it ever since. Best pancakes ever!
Ingredients
- 1 cups flour 
- 1 tsp sugar 
- 1 tsp cinnamon 
- 2 tsp baking powder 
- 1 cups milk 
- 1 tbs oil 
- 1 tbs water 
- 1 tsp vanilla 
- 5 tbs butter 
Method
- Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl 
- In a separate bowl, add your wet ingredients and stir to combine 
- Add wet to try and mix together. 
- Melt butter in frying pan then add to pancake mix, stir until just combined (mixture will be lumpy and that’s okay) and set aside for 10minutes 
- Heat afry pan to medium heat and ladle your pancake mix in. I like to use a 1/4cup measuring cup to save on mess and keep things even. 
- Flip your pancakes when bubbles appear adding more butter to pan as required. 
- Serve with maple syrup, berries, banana, lemon wedges, ice-cream! Where ever your imagination takes you!
